RVP Buying Guide

Go to tickets.mde113.com. Near the top you'll see a banner for the "🔒 RVP / Leader Portal". Click it.

You'll see a login screen. Type in the RVP passcode you received from leadership and click "Enter Portal". Click the eye icon (👁) to show/hide the password as you type.

Once logged in, you'll see all active events — including private events marked with a PRIVATE badge that only RVPs can see. The portal also shows how many tickets are left for each tier.

Click "+ Add Tickets" on any event to expand the ticket selection form right on the page. You can see all the available tiers, remaining capacity, and prices.

After selecting a tier, use the − and + buttons to set how many tickets you want. Then click "Add to Cart 🛒". The cart icon at the bottom of the page will update with your count.

You can then expand another event and add those to the same cart too!

When you're done adding tickets, click the "🛒 View Cart" floating button. A cart drawer slides open showing everything you've added — with event name, tier, and quantity for each item.

In the cart, fill in the buyer's full name and email address. This is the person who will receive the ticket — it could be someone you're buying for. Their QR code ticket will be sent to the email you enter.

Choose your leader or RVP from the dropdown. If your leader isn't listed, pick "Other (write in)" and type their name.

Once you make a selection, your order total will appear including any applicable processing fee. Some leaders are fee-exempt — if the fee doesn't show, that's expected.

Click "Proceed to Checkout →". You'll be sent to Stripe's secure payment page which shows all your line items. Enter your credit or debit card details and click "Pay".

After payment, you'll see the Payment Successful page. Within a few minutes, one email arrives at the buyer's address containing a single QR code that covers all the events they purchased. The email lists each event with its date and tier.

If you bought multiple tickets for a group, the confirmation email has a 🔀 Split Tickets — Send Individual QR Codes button. Click it to assign each ticket to a different person — they'll each get their own ticket email with a personal QR code so they can arrive independently.

Fill in one name and email per ticket slot, then click "Send Individual Tickets →". Each person is emailed immediately. The page shows all their individual ticket links when done.
